Hello Valued Customers,
It is possible that you may have unknowingly purchased a counterfeit PoolRx product on Amazon.com, eBay.com or Walmart.com, via an unapproved 3rd party.
Among these unethical vendors, we identified: Resilient Beauty, Theta Books and More, Global Organic Store, American Sunrise, Four Seasons Pool Supply, Rons Pools and more.
Your pool or spa may be experiencing problems because of these counterfeit products. We are here to help you navigate this situation.
PoolRx Recommended Plan to Handle Counterfeit Products:
- Remove the counterfeit particles from your pool with a floc product.
- Remove any stains, if they occurred using these counterfeit products, with a stain remover product.
- Once these are removed, you can safely add the new authentic PoolRx product, following the directions of use.
- We recommend you purchase an authentic PoolRx product from PoolRx.com, Amazon.com as direct seller (not 3rd party vendor), Walmart.com as direct seller (not 3rd party vendor), Walmart brick and mortar stores.
- Contact Amazon.com or Walmart.com and ask for a refund for the counterfeit product. These counterfeit products are not tested, not inspected and approved by EPA and NSF, like the authentic PoolRx products.
